Springbank 10 Year Old Palo Cortado Cask Highlands the other was finished inDESCRIPTION Launched in 2023, this is the second release in a five part Springbank Sherry Wood series. Matured for 6 years in ex bourbon barrels before being finished for 4 years in Spanish oak, Palo Cortado sherry hogsheads. 10,200 bottles were produced. Naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 55%. TASTING NOTES Nose: There are notes of parma violets, buttercream icing and peaches on the nose, along with hints of cola and grated ginger.
