This third batch was released in 2025 and is matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry buts and ex Islay peated casks. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 59. 8%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Rich and juicy, with lots of ripe red fruits, and a hint of smoky bacon. Palate: Cherries, ripe berries, ginger cake, dark sugar, dark rye and
