Dominique Cornin, now joined by son Romain, farms biodynamically and is certified organic across Chaintre, Fuisse and Chanes, right on the doorstep of Pouilly Fuisse. Les Serreuxdieres comes from old vines on clay limestone soils, fermented with native yeasts and aged about a year on fine lees in steel to keep the fruit pure and the minerality front and
