Drumshanbo Inaugural Release Cachaca cinnamon and ginger spicinessLaunched in 2019, the first release of Drumshanbo single pot still Irish whiskey, produced by The Shed Distillery. Triple distilled using malted Irish barley, unmalted Irish barley and Irish Barra oats, the Inaugural Release is made up of whiskey aged for between three and five years in a combination of ex bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts. 12,000 bottles were produced.
