Juve & Camps Millesime Chardonnay 2019 NO20231018 banana and lilacJuve & Camps is one of the most respected names in Cava, and the Milesime Chardonnay is their varietal vintage bottling made only when the harvest warrants it. The fruit comes from Can Rius, a single plot in Peneds at roughly 185 245 meters of elevation, and the wine is aged in bottle for a minimum of 36 months. The result is a polished, food friendly Cava with the breadth of a serious Chardonnay and the bracing freshness Penedes does so well.
