Antique Turquoise Conversion Ring of 14k Gold harlequin necklace The interior of the goldThis antique ring features three domes of turquoise cabochons ornamented with diamond stars. The face was originally an antique 14k gold and silver pin (circa 1870 1890). Our jeweler transformed the piece by removing the pin findings and adding a custom 14k gold band.
