The Italia pisco is made from the Italia grape and they claim that 20 pounds of grapes goes into each bottle. Viejo Tonel was founded in 1997 by fellow Peruvians William Solis, Bladimir Cardenas, and Luis Bravo. Fragrant and floral, single varietal Pisco distilled from the aromatic Italia grape, a variety of the Muscat grape. Uses only carefully selected and handpicked grapes from our sustainable vineyards.
