Amply perfumed, with deep and vivid flavours of toasty vanilla. Warmly full bodied; generous in character. This grappa has subtle tones of vanilla and cocoa. The color comes from the wood, since all spirits start clear. The barrique gives a new dimension that is clearly perceived on the palate.
