They know how to create beautiful knives that last a lifetime. BLADE: ParingThis is an all rounder, small utility blade. We have made this slightly longer than normal so it can take on more tasks in the kitchen. HANDLE: Made from ocean plastic found in Northern Scotland We collected 20kg of fishing ropes, fishing gear and hard oceans plastic that were
