This single malt was matured in American oak casks and finished in first fill Manzanilla sherry casks for 6 years. Tasting Note: Nose: Buttery almond pastries, Turkish delight, a dusting of nutmeg and rich leather. Palate: Coastal smoke hits first. Waves of seaweed and salt spray give way to sweet, stewed apples and fruit filled Christmas cake covered in thick marzipan. Finish: long
